Are your practice facilities at your golf club or driving range worn out from over use or often unavailable due to bad weather?

If they are then solve the problem with a Verde Artificial Grass Putting Green. Verde can offer artificial grass for both indoor and outdoor practice putting facilities which provide a realistic appearance as well as playing as consistently as a natural green. The golfer can now improve their short game all year round.

Verde Artificial Grasses are attractive, hard wearing, virtually maintenance free and blend superbly in with the natural surroundings. A Verde Practice Putting Green is an ideal year round solution for golf clubs, centres, practice ranges and your own back garden.

Verde also supplies flags and hole cups to finish off the perfect putting green.

Verde have three products ideal for creating practice putting greens – Super Verdeturf, Verdegrass and VerdePlay.

Super Verdeturf

A 15mm dense pile artificial grass whose pile is to be lightly dressed with kiln dried sand (approximately 10-12 kg per sq.metre). The sand not only holds the grass in place and protects the tufts but it also prevents this slightly open pile from becoming directional. Super Verdeturf is usually installed over a consolidated aggregate base.

The putting speed and playing characteristics will alter with the weather, just as it would with a grass green. However the addition of extra sand or continual rolling may also assist in altering the performance.

Super Verdeturf is extremely popular for Adventure Golf Courses and has been used to create over 70 large courses throughout Europe (for details look at the adventure golf page)

Verdegrass

A 9mm curled pile artificial grass whose pile does not require a sand dressing and should therefore be installed over a firm solid base (i.e. concrete or tarmac). Verdegrass should be held in place with all-weather adhesive (which Verde are happy to supply). Once fully stuck to a clean, dry sub-base the adhesive will not delaminate and the surface will remain fixed come rain or shine.

Verdegrass is not designed for installation over an unbound base but is perfect for indoor use or as a roll out mat.

VerdePlay

VerdePlay is a 9.5mm needle-punched polypropylene carpet, supplied in a wide range of colours. Requiring no sand infill, you simply fix with adhesive onto a hard solid surface (as above).

VerdePlay has been treated with a special permafresh non-toxic integral agent, which provides a permanent hygienic odour control whilst ensuring freedom from bacteria and mould.
